Bio of Alexandra Knight

Alexandra Knight is the Founder and CEO of Stemazing, a social enterprise focused on promoting inspiration and inclusion in STEM fields. After spending over 15 years as a Chartered Engineer, Fellow of the IMechE, and Fellow of the Women's Engineering Society, Alexandra decided to leave her corporate engineering career to pursue her passion for inspiring young people and promoting diversity and inclusion in STEM. Stemazing aims to empower women in STEM to be confident role models and inspire the next generation of problem-solvers and innovators.

Alexandra has worked on a variety of engineering projects, including improving the asset integrity management of submarines, designing rehabilitation equipment for injured soldiers, and asset management transformation for a large energy distributor in Thailand. Her passion for driving diversity and inclusion in engineering and inspiring young people led her to establish Stemazing and StemazingKidsCIC, where she can focus full-time on making an impact in the world.
