Ayo Sokale

Ayo Sokale is an accomplished Chartered Civil Engineer, currently working as a Project Team Manager at the Environment Agency in the UK. She has extensive experience in project management and delivery, with a particular focus on sustainability and environmental issues. Ayo is also a BBC presenter and keynote speaker, using her platform to raise awareness about sustainability and the impact of climate change. She is a former Reading Borough Councillor Deputy Mayor and co-founder of Plastic Free Caversham, a community initiative aimed at reducing plastic waste. Ayo is also a coach and mentor, helping individuals to develop their skills and achieve their personal and professional goals. Her dedication to promoting sustainability and environmental awareness has earned her recognition as a finalist in the Women Leaders MK Awards 2019, and she continues to inspire others through her work and advocacy.
