During her time at Hello Seven, Brittany has held various roles, including Business Coach, Creative Director, Director of Operations, and Chief Operating Officer (COO). In each position, she has demonstrated qualities such as empathy, structure, drive, and a creative problem-solving approach. She believes in the importance of developing top-quality talent and has fostered a culture that values curiosity, transparency, and candor while recognizing the unique contributions of each team member.
