John's career journey has been marked by resilience and resourcefulness. After facing setbacks in the volatile entertainment industry, he decided to do some inner work and pursued a Master's degree in Spiritual Psychology, which taught him compassion, self-responsibility, and mindfulness as pathways to personal and professional growth. This led him to a new role at DreamWorks Animation (DWA), where he launched and led recruiting and talent development initiatives to grow the creative and technical capital of the company, empowering artists and engineers to train and mentor each other and build a vibrant community.
