I help leaders take the guesswork out of creating high-results teams and keeping their remote workforce engaged

Bio of Leila Ansart

As a leadership advisor, I'm thrilled to have had over a decade of experience helping leaders to successfully navigate perpetual, pervasive and exponential change by guiding and supporting them to shift their perspective, learn new tools and adapt their leadership style.

Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, I escaped the cold winters and now reside in sunny Florida.  I've started 3 companies (one while having babies with me at home), worked in corporate sales, and learned many lessons from my failures along the way.  I've always been fascinated by human habits, and have studied theology, spirituality, psychology and human performance.  That interest led me into business and executive coaching, where I've completed 3 separate programs and hold multiple coaching certifications and my ICF credential (the gold standard for coaches worldwide).

My focus with leaders is on empathetic leadership and developing an adaptive communication style.  My secret sauce is taking abstract ideas and translating them for anyone to use to make their personal performance improve.  I see big things for my clients, and enthusiastically stand in their corner with them as they intentionally develop themselves as people and leaders.  For me, there's nothing more rewarding than being a catalyst for an individual or team, that has the capacity and potential to deliver more positive impact.

👉 👉 My goal as a guest on your podcast is to share an inspiring or actionable nugget that helps your listeners to gain value through our conversation.  Sometimes one fresh idea is all it takes to change your week, or give you clarity on a situation you're facing. I believe in openness and vulnerability and am happy to share stories of my own failures/bad luck if the conversation flows there. I'm comfortable on camera (if you record video), will bring warmth and great energy to the conversation.

Personally, I love to hike, can't get enough of the mountains, and am currently exploring kayaking. I love good food, and can't get enough salmon and guacamole, though not necessarily at the same time. Wife, mom and dog mom.
