Avery Akkineni

Avery Akkineni is the President of Vayner3, a consultancy founded in 2021 by serial entrepreneur Gary Vaynerchuk as part of VaynerX. With a mission to guide the world's largest enterprises through the next phase of connected consumer behavior, Web3, Avery is at the forefront of strategic initiatives in emerging technologies, web3 program development, and immersive digital experiences. Vayner3 has successfully advised numerous Fortune 500 corporations across various industries on their Web3 strategies.

Avery is a respected leader, mentor, and investor in the Web3 space. She co-hosts CoinDesk's GenC podcast and serves as an active advisor for several tech platforms. Avery is a member of the Board of Advisors for OneOf and Tracer, a part of the Web3 Advisory Board for Salesforce and Meta Creative X, and a founding member of BFF and PTTOW!.

Prior to leading Vayner3, Avery played a pivotal role in expanding VaynerMedia into the Asia-Pacific region. She built a team of 150 professionals and established VaynerMedia offices in Singapore, Bangkok, Tokyo, and Sydney. Within two years, she led the team to secure the Independent Agency of the Year (Gold) award in 2021. Avery began her career at Google, where she gained valuable experience working across Search, YouTube, and DoubleClick.
