Bio of Bill Schaninger

Bill Schaninger is a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, based in the Philadelphia office. With over 20 years of experience, Bill advises clients on talent management, workforce analytics, and large-scale organizational transformations. He helps clients to improve business performance through culture, values, and talent. Bill is also an international speaker, author, consultant, and researcher.
