Tricia Griffith

Tricia Griffith is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Progressive Insurance, a leading provider of auto insurance in the United States. A native of Illinois, she has been a Progressive employee for over 30 years, working her way up from the Claims Department to become the company's CEO in July 2016.

Under Tricia's leadership, Progressive has continued to grow and innovate, leveraging technology to improve the customer experience and expand its product offerings. She is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace and has been recognized for her efforts to create a more inclusive corporate culture.

Tricia is a frequent speaker on leadership and business strategy. 
In addition to her role at Progressive, she serves on the board of directors of the American Financial Services Association and the Progressive Insurance Foundation.
