Brooke Weddle is a highly accomplished business leader and Partner at McKinsey & Company. Her work focuses on driving change at scale through digital transformation, operating model redesign, organizational agility, and leadership development.
At McKinsey, Brooke has played a key role in building the global OrgSolutions practice, which now encompasses more than 15 assets deployed across hundreds of clients. She is also the leader of McKinsey's culture and change management practice in North America and has global responsibility for the firm's work at the intersection of Advanced Industries and its Change Leaders Forum, an executive capability-building series on transformational change.
Brooke is a frequent publisher and speaker, with recent articles on topics such as hybrid work, organizational health, talent in aerospace & defense, and achieving organizational speed. She is also a member of The Economic Club of DC and leads the Executive Roundtable on Talent in the DC/Maryland/Virginia region.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Brooke received her Ph.D. and two M.A.s from Stanford University, where her research focused on human capital theory and economics. She also earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Virginia in Economics and Spanish.
