Floriane Fidegnon-Edoh

Floriane Fidegnon-Edoh is an experienced engineer and currently an Innovation Consultant at BMNT, Ltd. She holds a BEng in Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering from The University of Warwick and has a demonstrated history of working in various STEM sectors. Floriane is highly interested and engaged in industrial policy, innovation, and leadership, and has strong skills in communication, public speaking, educational technology, and mentoring.

In her current role at BMNT, Ltd., Floriane helps companies and government agencies with innovation challenges, including ideation, prototyping, and commercialization. She works with clients to identify opportunities, assess feasibility, and develop strategies to bring new ideas to market. Prior to joining BMNT, Ltd., Floriane worked as a mechanical design engineer at Ford Motor Company, where she gained valuable experience in the automotive industry.
