Bio of Kate Brady

 Kate Brady is the Global Head of Next Gen DTC Connections & Innovation at PepsiCo. She is recognized as a BI 40 under 40 and a 2019 Women to Watch in Marketing. In her role, Kate is responsible for driving media innovation and partnerships across PepsiCo's North American and global business units, including Pepsi Beverages, Frito-Lay, Gatorade, Quaker, and Tropicana.

Kate focuses on identifying new and emerging opportunities across publishers, platforms, and technology to engage consumers in innovative ways. She plays a key role in developing, evangelizing, and piloting new partnerships within the PepsiCo portfolio while nurturing existing long-standing relationships. 

Furthermore, Kate leads PepsiCo's Web3 Center of Excellence (COE), driving the development and implementation of PepsiCo's Web3 and Metaverse strategy on a global scale. Her goal is to make PepsiCo more consumer-centric and bring the direct-to-consumer approach to the forefront of the company's operations.
