Bio of Keith Burgess

Keith Burgess is an accomplished management consultant and training expert who currently leads the Management Consulting training curriculum at IBM Consulting, EMEA. He has been with IBM since 2012 and is responsible for the content and delivery of training courses for professionals at all levels across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Keith has a wealth of experience in management consulting and project management, having led significant business change projects in supply chain and customer relationship management. He started his consulting career at KPMG, where he worked in total quality, lean manufacturing, and supply chain strategy. After joining IBM in 2000, Keith worked across Europe, managing the implementation of supply chain strategy and systems in various industries, including retail, distribution, high-tech electronics, and automotive. Keith is a Chartered Management Consultant and a Certified IBM Business Strategy consultant.
