Lakshmi Shenoy

Lakshmi Shenoy is the CEO of Embarc Collective, a leading organization in the Tampa Bay area that aims to transform the region into a vibrant hub for startup talent. With an impressive background in strategy and business development, Lakshmi previously served as the Vice President of Strategy & Business Development in 1871, a renowned business incubator in Chicago.

Prior to her role in 1871, Lakshmi held positions at Prophet Brand Strategy, Time Inc., Procter & Gamble, and Leo Burnett, where she focused on driving growth strategies for various businesses. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Chicago and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. In 2017, Lakshmi was recognized as one of Chicago's "20 Rising Brand Stars" by Ad Age.
