Norma Davila

Norma Davila is a passionate career coach who is dedicated to facilitating her clients' transformation into more self-confident professionals. Norma has undergone an intensive process herself, gaining valuable insights about where she was in her life and where she wanted to be in her career, which has allowed her to bring her authentic self to every client interaction.

Writing comes naturally to Norma, and she prepares snapshots of who her clients are and the value they can offer, going beyond just a resume to help them with ongoing career management. She is fully bilingual/bicultural and has experience in various industries, including banking, technology, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, medical devices, retail sales, risk management, automotive sales, and energy. Her expertise has been shaped by serving on Aon's Best Employers' of Puerto Rico Selection Committee, which has given her a deeper understanding of these industries.

Norma has worked with clients in different career stages, but currently focuses on mid-career professionals exploring new fields and those in executive roles, as she herself has reinvented her career multiple times.
