Vincent Patton, Ed.D., is a retired Master Chief Petty Officer of the Coast Guard with an illustrious career spanning over 30 years. Throughout his military service, he actively participated in various military-related nonprofit service organizations and held government-appointed positions. Vincent's expertise extends to being an "on-air" commentator and consultant for TV, radio, and documentary production organizations, focusing on homeland security, military transitioning, education, and career opportunities, as well as support for military families and veterans.
With exceptional proficiency in curriculum and instructional design, Vincent has developed and conducted professional development courses, workshops, and seminars on leadership and management. He possesses strong committee management and facilitation skills. His knowledge encompasses all aspects of homeland security, including cybersecurity, critical infrastructure protection, emergency management/response, biometrics/identity management, border protection, maritime security, and risk assessment.
