Roy Bitrus

Roy Bitrus, is an accomplished Geologist and Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) specialist. He is an Enterprise Fellow at RSE UA and also serves as an Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Leader. With over a decade of experience, Roy has made significant contributions to the energy sector. He has been recognized as one of the StocExpo 40under40 professionals and is currently serving as the Director of Sales at TenzorGEO Ltd.

Apart from his professional pursuits, Roy is also a part-time Coordinator for the AFBE Leadership Programme at the Scottish branch of the Association for Black and Minority Ethnic Engineers (AFBE-UK Scotland). He is passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in the engineering profession and is an inspiration to many young engineers. Roy is a member of several professional organizations, including the Energy Institute and the Geological Society. His expertise in CCS and geology continues to drive innovation in the energy sector.
