Alexis Krivkovich is a Senior Partner and the Managing Partner of the Bay Area Office at McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm. She specializes in helping financial institutions and technology companies align their organizations for growth and productivity, with a focus on driving change at scale through customer experience redesign, innovation, organizational agility, and change management. As a co-founder of McKinsey's Women in the Workplace research, Alexis is passionate about advancing women in leadership and has played a significant role in shaping the dialogue on gender diversity in corporate America.
Alexis is also a faculty member at McKinsey’s Executive Transitions Master Class and Change Leaders Forum, and a regular speaker on financial innovation, change management, and top team effectiveness. In addition, she serves on the board of the San Francisco Zoo and has previously served on the board of Multiplier and Trust for Conservation Innovation. Prior to joining McKinsey, Alexis earned an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, where she was an Arjay Miller Scholar.
