Clark Lackert

Clark Lackert is an experienced intellectual property lawyer with a focus on trademark, copyright, international law, franchising, geographical indications (GIs), aerospace, and domain names. He earned his law degree from the New York University School of Law.

Currently, Lackert serves as the Deputy General Counsel at the World Trade Centers Association, where he has been employed since February 2022. In this role, he oversees the organization's legal affairs and advises on a range of issues related to intellectual property, among other areas.

Before joining the World Trade Centers Association, Lackert worked as an Intellectual Property Shareholder at Carlton Fields from May 2019 to February 2022. With over a decade of experience in the legal field, Lackert has developed a reputation for his expertise in complex intellectual property matters.
