Glenn Hickman

Glenn Hickman is an accomplished executive leader with over two decades of experience in various leadership roles. He is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at WRAP since July 2021. Prior to joining WRAP, he held numerous senior management positions in several organizations. He has been instrumental in driving organizational growth, developing and implementing business strategies, and building high-performance teams across multiple sectors.

Hickman's leadership experience spans various industries, including automotive, energy, and retail. His expertise lies in developing and implementing effective strategies, optimizing operational efficiencies, and driving change initiatives that deliver results. He has a track record of building and leading cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and deliver business outcomes.

Hickman has a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Henley Business School. He is a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering results.
