Bio of Lisa Su

Lisa Su is the President and CEO of Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), a multinational semiconductor company. She joined AMD in 2012 and has led the company through a major transformation, including the development of innovative products and a strategic shift in focus to high-performance computing.

Prior to AMD, Lisa spent more than a decade at IBM in various technical and business leadership positions and then served as the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President at Freescale Semiconductor.

Lisa is widely recognized as one of the most influential women in technology, and has been named to Fortune's "Most Powerful Women" list multiple times. She is also a member of the Board of Directors for Cisco Systems Inc., the U.S. Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA), and the Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA). Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and Master's and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Stanford University.
