Fred Joyal is an entrepreneur, international keynote speaker, executive coach, and CEO of TruBlu Social Smiles. With his systematic approach to developing boldness, known as The PRIDE Method, he shares his insights through lectures and writings, including his latest book, "Superbold."

In 1986, Fred co-founded the 1-800-DENTIST referral service alongside Gary Saint Denis. The business grew to become the largest dental referral service in the United States, employing over 250 people and serving every state. Over the course of 30 years, 1-800-DENTIST generated more than $1 billion in revenue.

Fred is also known for coaching teams on building confidence and boldness while providing high-level coaching to CEOs. His expertise lies in marketing, customer experience, company culture, advertising, and dental marketing.
