Johnny C. Taylor, Jr., SHRM-SCP, is a prominent figure in the field of human resources and serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of SHRM, the Society for Human Resource Management. With a vast membership of over 300,000 professionals across 165 countries, SHRM is the largest HR trade association globally, influencing the lives of 115 million workers daily.
