Joseph Ucuzoglu

Joe Ucuzoglu is the Global CEO of Deloitte, the largest professional services organization in the world, with over 415,000 professionals and approximately $60 billion in revenue. In his role, he oversees the provision of audit and assurance, tax and legal, consulting, risk advisory, and financial advisory services to a diverse range of clients including the largest corporations and government agencies across the globe.

Prior to becoming the Global CEO, Joe was the CEO of Deloitte US and the leader of the Deloitte US Audit & Assurance practice. He is actively involved with many clients and external stakeholders, ensuring that Deloitte leverages its full resources to deliver impactful results for its clients and communities.

Joe is a frequent speaker on current issues in the business community, such as building a culture of purpose and inclusivity, the evolving nature of leadership, and the role that businesses play in leading society through technology-driven change.

He serves on the board of directors of the Partnership for New York City, chairs the Board of Councilors of the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, and is a member of the Business Roundtable, the Fortune CEO Initiative, and the Committee on Capital Markets Regulation.
