Mia Russell has been refining her skills and expertise across diverse fields for over 25 years, constantly transferring her knowledge to create a positive impact. Her organizational behavior highlights include co-authoring "Fired Up! A Guide to Transforming Your Team from Burnout to Engagement," teaching management and leadership courses, and developing employee engagement and retention interventions for a range of organizations.
Mia's research prowess is evidenced by her receipt of the Best Poster award for her national research project examining financial well-being, needs satisfaction, and college persistence during the COVID-19 pandemic, and conducting employee research to promote engagement and well-being for community-based organizations.
