Ervin also has experience in academia, working as an Adjunct Professor at Houston Community College and a Senior Mentor at the University of Houston-Bauer School of Business. Additionally, they have held executive roles as the Chief Executive Officer at New Covenant Capital Corporation and Covenant Capital Corporation. Ervin has also worked as a Commercial Banker at Central Bank, where they designed and implemented contract finance solutions for small business customers. Ervin is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth Houston.
